About This Course

This course offers an in-depth introduction to the management of IT projects. Participants acquire methods and background information to ace the phases scoping, planning, executing, controlling, and closing projects and that help them to excel in developing teams. It addresses issues that are relevant for small, agile companies in unstable environments and for multinationals with well-established processes. Special attention is paid to international projects.
